I've finally caught up on Utada Hikaru news lately.

Anyways, her latest album HEART STATION will have its Canadian debut on April 8th!

At a MUCH MUCH cheaper price than the Japanese version.

And Billboard has finally launched their Japanese chart. And now Oricon has a competitor!!!

Billboard now counts radio airplay in ADDITION to single sales, so now HEART STATION is second weekly rather than third weekly. It also has its second week at number one on radio charts.

However, it doesn't seem that digital sales are counted. If they were, I bet you that HEART STATION would be number one, even though Step and Go has some pretty showstopping sales.
