From now on, I will:
Do 30 minutes of meditation every morning
Do 30 minutes of yoga/other exercise every day
Complete a daily timetable
Complete a weekly to-do list
Create a list of priorities
Create a policy regarding distractors (such as games, Wikipedia, U*Blog, etc.)
