This is the commercial for Recochoku downloads, which is a mobile downloading service in Japan., featuring Utada Hikaru's HEART STATION.

And she's dressed up as Kuma Chang, her humongous teddy bear.
I'm not sure if I said this before, but a while ago, she posted a video on her blog. In it, she is dressed up as Kuma Chang, and visits the EMI Music Japan office. Obviously, movement inside that suit is very very hard, so it was a bit of fun to watch her try to move around, especially when she tried to push the elevator button, but the garbage can was blocking her and her hand was too big.

She paid for the entire video, the suit, and all the staff herself.
